The eye
behind Nex Era
Hi, I’m Devid Kelada.
I’m the person behind Nex Era Studios. I create photography and video for culinary brands, looking beyond the finished plate to the people, care and atmosphere around it.
My connection to food started at eight, helping with preparations in my father’s restaurant. I loved turning separate ingredients into something new.
After my first business didn’t work out, I realised that creating visuals was the part I enjoyed most. Photography and film became a way to bring both passions together.
Today, I get to discover other kitchens, meet the people behind them and tell the stories of the food they’re proud to create.
Before picking up the camera, I want to understand your place. What makes you proud? What should a guest feel? That conversation helps shape the images we create together.
